意外獲得的新玩具--SILVA Jogger頭燈 @ loshihyen

今天收到了一個從瑞典來的包裹，老實說知道有包裹時候有點意外
但看到之後就想起來了，是我那出保固的頭燈

事情是這樣的
我五月底時在瑞典買了這顆頭燈:

那時店面剛好在特價
定價199SEK, 特價99SEK(約420NTD)
於是就殺下去了

然後我回台灣有一次不小心弄壞了
我覺得是他設計不良，所以我發了email問原廠如何保固
以下是我當時的Email:

Dear Sir,

I've just finished my study in Umea Institute of Design and I bought a Mino headlamp in May when I was in Sweden.
I'm not very happy with this one because I found some flaw in some design and cause my Mino broken.
The latches which connect the light and headband are very weak that cause the lamp super easy to fall off,
especially when you don't know which side is the power switch and tried the wrong side at first
the lamp part would easily broke because the force you push to switch on the headlamp is much bigger than it can bear.
And my almost new headlamp is broken now from this reason.
I don't know if there is any international warranty policy, and I hope this reflection would help you on your product design.

然後原廠就回說請我寄回去他換新的給我
但我說這樣同樣的問題還是會再發生
他就說那他換另一款給我可是要等還問我急不急

Hi Shih-Yen,

I apologize for the time it has taken me to get back to you regarding this, I was caught by a very bad cold and has been away sick for a while.

What I can do is replace your Mino with a brand new model named Jogger. However, this model has not arrived yet so it might be a month before I can send it to you. Is this ok with you or do you need the new lamp sooner than that?

我當時google了一下，發現這款Jogger剛發表還沒上市
不過定價是299SEK
